Event 4 — River Cleanup
Anacostia River Cleanup
The Anacostia Watershed Earth Day Cleanup is a community-driven volunteer event to support the protection and restoration of the Anacostia River. Participants will remove trash and debris from designated sites, improving water quality, wildlife habitat, and public spaces. No prior experience required — all tools and supplies provided on site.

Virtual Training: Sustainability at Work
An interactive virtual session designed to raise awareness and promote practical, everyday actions that support sustainability in the workplace. The training introduces sustainability tips focused on office settings to reduce environmental impact and encourage responsible resource use. Participants from national offices are encouraged to adapt and replicate these actions locally.
